Hello and thank you for visiting my website!  I hope to be an important resource for you in your goal of buying or selling property.  Today there are many kinds of homes on the market - standard (equity) sales, short sales (owner owes more than the value of the house), probate sales and foreclosures.  With over 20 years of experience as a REALTOR, I can help make your experience a lot more enjoyable - and I look forward to working with you years down the road when you are ready to buy or sell your next one!  A little more about me - I've lived in Alta Loma and Rancho Cucamonga for nearly 25 years and have seen the market go through its ups and downs.  As you well know, today's market brings attractive pricing for those of you who are ready to buy property.  I have extensive knowledge of real estate in the following communities of The Inland Empire: Alta Loma, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Devore, Etiwanda, Fontana, Montclair, Ontario, Pomona, and Rancho Cucamonga, as well as cities located in Murrieta, Riverside and Temecula (where I have purchased investment properties). I also currently have a short sale listing in Hermosa Beach! Today's tecnology makes it much easier to study and understand markets throughout the country, so if you have questions or concerns about a house out of my service areas, and you really want my opinion, please don't be shy. The Internet has revolutionized the way real estate is marketed, and we are able to reach millions of viewers very quickly.  My photographer will make sure she captures all of the strong features of your home to attract buyers looking in that price range.  I will provide you with high quaility color brochures that shoppers can take home (some folks get confused or forget what they've seen when they've been looking at homes all day!). My expertise in marketing and selling properties of The Inland Empire, Temecula and Murrieta will help ensure that you get the best price for your property.  I also put my Guarantee of Service in writing - basically, if you are not happy with my service, just pick up the phone can let me know you want "out" - it's that easy and there are no penalty fees. I wouldnt settle for anything less, and neither should you.
